Attorney Daniel J. Evans joined the firm in 2003. An experienced litigator, Attorney Evans focuses his practice in municipal law, civil litigation, and real estate. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Evans was a Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps, where he worked primarily as a prosecutor as well as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Attorney Evans has been an advocate in numerous jury trials. In addition to his courtroom experience, he has extensive skill and experience in contracts, including zoning, development agreements, public records law, HOA/COA law, and alcohol licensing.
