Attorney Daniel J. Evans joined the firm in 2003. An experienced litigator, Attorney Evans focuses his practice in civil litigation, municipal and family law. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Evans was a Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps, where he worked primarily as a prosecutor as well as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Attorney Evans has been an advocate in numerous jury trials. In addition to his courtroom experience, he has extensive skill and experience in divorce and family law, complex real estate matters, estate planning, personal injury law, nuisance law, employment law, municipal matters, HOA/COA law, alcohol licensing, and contracts.
